A week in the life of a Information Systems Security Specialist :
- Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
- Conduct data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets
- Perform software integration or testing, including analyzing and implementing test plans and scripts
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings; Create dynamic data reports.
Job Requirements
- Active TS / SCI Clearance
- Bachelors degree in a technical or managerial related discipline Note : a high school diploma or HS equivalency certificate is acceptable with additional years of experience as defined in the next category).
- IAT Level II (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
- 7 years of experience in in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, Test and Evaluation or Assessment & Authorization
- Hands on experience with Information Assurance tools such as DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service
eMASS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
Cloud Experience : Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Platform (GCP) and Microsoft 365
