Autoworks of Issaquah is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Service Advisor / Manager to join our team.

About Us :

Autoworks of Issaquah is a small, independent repair facility in Issaquah, WA. More than just a service center, we take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients.

Our commitment to quality, integrity, and personalized service has earned us a loyal customer base, and we’re looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to help us continue this tradition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, listen to their concerns, determine their repair or service needs, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and work orders.
• Work closely with our technicians to address customer’s concerns, diagnose problems, estimate service and repair needs.
• Review inspection findings with customers and explain recommended services in easy-to-understand terms.
• When appropriate, promote additional services and maintenance to customers to help ensure vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
• Secure approval from customers for services and repairs.
• Coordinate with our technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain open and effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for all customers.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean service area.
• Follow up with customers as needed, answer questions, and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Prefer previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive role.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport.
• Ability to clearly communicate in person, over the phone, via text or email.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software related to automotive service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
