This Senior Financial Analyst is involved in a wide range of challenging and complex assignments that are key to the success of the business including cash flow forecasting, partner credit limit analysis, and corporate reporting.
Senior Financial Analysts play significant roles in initiatives that typically involve cross-functional teams, leaders of Finance and other functions, and general management.

Your Impact
- Franchise and Travel Retail partner credit management working closely with business teams and corporate treasury group
- International AR reporting, including cash flow forecasting and credit limit analysis
- Partner effectively with Bangalore AR team and functional teams to drive accountability
- Monthly corporate reporting of receivable balances for ABL
- Quarterly reporting to External Financial Reporting to support certification and SEC filings
- Prepare select journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and adherence to internal controls
- Support technology needs and development
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Salary : $82,500.00
Maximum Salary : $112,665.00

Qualifications
Your Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in preparing, analyzing, and reviewing accounting information and financial statements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA or CPA Candidate a plus
- Retail or consumer goods experience is beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic team-oriented environment is important
- Proactively identify issues or trends and highlight them to leadership along with recommendations on how to resolve
- Identify new ways of adding value to the team through improving processes to drive efficiencies & accuracy
- Support audit requests from Internal Audit and Ernst & Young
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing, fast paced team environment
- Execute sound judgement in general accounting matters
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are important
- SAP experience preferred
