About The Role

The Global CS team is focused on building reliable, localized yet globally relevant experiences that delight customers by resolving their issues quickly and with high accuracy.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Global CS team, you will help shape the future vision for the CS product, reporting to the Director of Product.

You will guide the product and tech investment decisions for tools used in interactions with our disbursement partners.

You Will

  • Oversee building the product experience when Remitly has to interact with our Global Disbursement partners to resolve issues in transactions.
  • Develop product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization.
  • Be a customer advocate; use customer feedback, data analysis, and market research to develop and deliver product features.
  • Set up and analyze A / B tests and provide comprehensive test readouts with well-thought-out recommendations.
  • Manage team OKRs in partnership with our engineering team, and manage cross-team agreements.
  • Engage with partners to understand customer and our needs to inform priorities, sequencing, and roadmap. Balance delivery against development costs.

You Have

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, or a similar role. At least 3 years of experience in building B2B customer relationship management (CRM) experiences.
  • Experience motivating teams; across software engineering, UX design, UI, and growth, with an understanding of how things work within those domains.
  • Experience setting and implementing product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization.
  • Experience working with engineers to make tough technical trade-offs and understand the impacts of these trade-offs, finding a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term effects.
  • You're motivated by creating an outsized impact for our customers and business. You're excited to take on a variety of tasks to help your product and team be successful.

Our Benefits

  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits + 401k plan with company matching.
  • Company contributions to your HSA plan, if you choose one.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) available for eligible employees.
  • Continuing education and corridor travel benefits.
