Your Mission
- Be the primary point of contact for distributor partners (lumber yards and building suppliers), strengthening loyalty and increasing sell-through.
- Open new distributor accounts to expand reach and coverage across your area.
- Run persuasive product presentations and deliver practical technical support.
- Operate with high independence while coordinating strategy with sales leadership.
- Travel the territory frequently—about two nights per week—to stay close to the action.

5+ years of B2B outside sales; building materials background strongly preferred.Proven territory management through distributors (no direct-to-homeowner sales).Exceptional communication and relationship skills with a consultative approach.Comfort working without micromanagement; you set the cadence and deliver.Clean driving record; business-use fleet vehicle provided.Nice to Bring
Windows, doors, or broader building products sales experience.Understanding of distribution channels and dealer networks.Bachelor’s degree.Compensation & Upside
