Roles and Responsibilities
- To make baked products ( bread , biscuit, cake varieties)
- Should know the bakery ingredients and their function. Should able to make bakery formulations for bun, burger, Pav, bread, biscuit, cake industry.
- To analyze bread flour for its chemical content.
- Should able to handle baking equipments.
- Experience of field trials at customer end will be added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Baking of baked goods
- Bakery formulations with bakery emulsifiers.
- Field trials in bakeries.
- Bakery ingredient knowledge application.
- Bakery market knowledge.
- Bakery recent trends.
Qualification
- 1 to 5 years experience
- MSc in food application with bakery projects as major subjects. / Diploma holder from Bakery institute.
- Bakery specialist, / MSc in Bakery / Diploma in bakery
- Academic : Diploma / degree from baking institute
- Specialization : In Bakery
