As a Registered Nurse (RN) and LPN, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and residents while building close relationships with them and their families.

Position Highlights of the Registered Nurse / LPN
- Conduct nursing assessments and work alongside the healthcare team, patients, and their families to craft tailored care plans.
- Set practical, measurable goals for both short- and long-term patient care, adjusting interventions as needed to prevent rehospitalizations, and continually assess outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician instructions.
- Assign care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure all interventions are carried out effectively.
- Share vital patient updates with the team and facilitate smooth communication across shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification is required.
