Human Resource Management Security Cooperation Specialist, Senior

Key Role :

Serve as a Human Resource Management Security Cooperation Specialist as part of a Government-led team c ond ucting periodic, in-country, and institutional capacity-building e nga gements with senior partner nation offi cia ls in ministries of defense, general staffs, joint staffs, or service staffs in the pursuit of mutually agreed upon security cooperation objectives.

Assist in designing country projects, c ond ucting research and analysis, producing deliverables, and facilitating workshops and discussions from human management and human capital developmental perspectives.

Provide direction and leverage expertise and support to business units on a specific human resources function, including compe nsa tion, benefits, employee relations, compliance, or recruiting.

Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive te chn ical expertise, or full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience designing or applying human resource management and human capital approaches, te chn iques, methodologies, tools, or strategies in programs to support organizational development, transformation, or increased effectiveness
  • Experience managing the human resource management life cycle, from recruiting through separation, for a large organization or enterprise
  • Experience interacting with partner nation personnel, including counterpart senior offi cia ls
  • Experience working at the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, or Service Component staff level
  • Knowledge of the Human Resources Management Life Cycle
  • Knowledge of military and defense human resource management processes
  • Knowledge of security cooperation authorities, processes, and resources
  • Secret clearance
  • Master's degree

Additional Qualifications :

  • Experience applying workforce management analysis to advise on organizational or force structure design
  • Experience as an educator and trainer of human resource management or human capital methodologies
  • Experience overcoming bureaucratic and cultural challenges in designing and implementing programs
  • Experience coordinating activities with the Department of State and U.S. embassies
  • Knowledge of security cooperation activities
  • Ability to develop training and educational programs for U.S. and partner nation military personnel
  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
