About The Position
Assignment Length : 13 weeks
Shift Details : Day Shift - 1 Director, 1 Manager, 1 Supervisor, 1 Lead RT, 6-8 staff RT; Night Shift - 1 Lead RT, 6-8 staff RT
Required Certifications : BLS & ACLS, NRP Advanced & PALS (preferred)
Scrub Attire : Pewter
Floating Requirements : None specified
EMR Used : MEDITECH
Unit Size : 48 staff
Bed Size : 419 beds
Patient Ratios : 1 : 10-15 (first rounds)
Relevant Skills :
- Patient assessment skills
- Perform treatment procedures as ordered by physician
- Critical care experience (preferred)
Typical Procedures Performed :
- Arterial Punctures
- Oxygen Therapy
- Aerosol Therapy
- Non-invasive ventilation
Weekends : Work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
