The Opportunity
This Implementation Specialist at Adobe will join our growing Implementation team that educates, problem-solves for, and builds trust with our Enterprise clientele across the video and creative industry.
As an Implementation Specialist for , you will help run Proof-of-Concept trials in the sales stage, onboard and train new Enterprise customers, and provide additional technical support across the Go-To-Market organization.
We’re looking for an insightful, curious, and technical problem solver to help our creative clientele achieve their workflow goals.
You will make a direct impact on our revenue growth, as well as a customer’s downstream success during a key part of their lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Lead the most critical piece of the customer lifecycle the pre-sale to post-sale transition for new customers and create an exceptional experience for our Enterprise Customers across the Media & Entertainment, Agency, and Brand industries
Work in partnership withCorporate andEnterprisesales teams to drive understanding during the deal cycle, increase contract value through user adoption, and provide peace of mind and education from a technical workflow standpoint
Provide white-glove onboarding and training experiences on the web app functionality, NLE integrations, and Transfer App for pre-sales Proof of Concepts and post-sales onboarding for Enterprise clients
Provide information, demos, training, and support for customers using Camera to Cloud
Manage a dynamic book of business, including some international Enterprise customers in international regions such as EMEA or JAPAC
Represent and champion your customers’ needs within and work to make sure those needs are met
Build product awareness and handle prospect / customer expectations as the product evolves
Provision and configure all Enterprise accounts
Fully implement SSO (single sign-on) and Storage Connect for clients through collaboration with IT departments and the internal Adobe account team
Research, design, and deliver comprehensive educational internal presentations for collective team knowledge acquisition
What you need to succeed
2-5+ years of meaningful experience at a production house or studio working on set or in the media / technology space
Keen curiosity about SaaS technology and in developing innovative post-production workflows
Customer-facing experience (SaaS platform preferred but not required)
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
A strong sense of customer empathy and confidence in presentation settings
Ability to notice and retain details, think on your feet, problem solve, and articulate practical items based on customer needs
A growth mindset to continue challenging yourself and learning new things
Passion and aim to work in a fast paced environment with low ego and high flexibility
Bonus points if you have :
Experience working with common post-production workflows and toolsets including tools like AVID, Adobe Suite, FCP, Resolve, Baselight, etc.
Experience with software implementation and onboarding, especially on a large scale
Familiarity with : building and using advanced video signal flows, basic functionality of most commonly used professional cameras (ie.
RED, ARRI, SONY, Canon, Panasonic, etc), remote networking (ie. setting up internet on the set)
Understanding of roles and responsibilities of crew members across types of productions (ie. cinema vs episodic vs corporate vs multi-cam, etc), as well as on-set protocols and etiquette
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The pay range for this position is $77,000 $138,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
