Job Description : - Work as part of the Nursing Float Pool. - Initial orientation / training on day shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM) during the first week.
- Staffing ratios currently at approximately 1 : 9-10, with plans to decrease as more staff are onboarded. - Provide high-quality patient care in a medical / surgical setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Follow hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
