Consistent with our Accounting Advisory practice's growth goals, an opportunity has been created for a Senior Manager to serve as a catalyst for continued expansion as a member of our nationally distributed team that will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity in multiple office locations throughout our footprint (or possibly remote for the right resource) with travel for specific projects as needed.

You will participate in all stages of various consulting engagements and provide assistance with planning, field work, engagement wrap up and deliverable composition, with additional responsibilities including : Identifying client needs and fostering strong relationships through business development effortsDeveloping team members through constructive and actionable feedbackLeading internal firm initiatives and identify areas for improvementsManaging project resources, budgets, billing and collectionsPreparing and / or presenting thought leadership through complex written and verbal materialsYour passion for excellent client service will be demonstrated through the diligent assessment of the current state of our client’s Corporate Accounting and Finance departments to help transition to their desired future state, which can include digitizing or automating accounting workflows, optimizing processes, and providing specific and custom solutions to improve outputs.

These value-added services will be focused on functional areas including : Process and Cost Improvement InitiativesStrategy & Organizational Design for Accounting processes that can include : Policy Development & ExecutionProcess DesignPost-Acquisition Accounting IntegrationAccounting Department Assessment including efficiency optimization, metric benchmarking & business cycle reviewsFractional CFO and co-sourced accounting functions to execute accounting and FP&A responsibilitiesBusiness Process Transformation including : Process Workflow & Documentation BuildoutChange Management Oversight & Continuous MonitoringStrategic Road Mapping and execution on company led strategy that could include ESG readiness and reporting compliance, or other transformative initiativesWhat you bring to the role : Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license (strongly preferred)Seven (7) or more years of experience within a public accounting firm and / or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services;

The salary range for this position is $118,845 to $261,500. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
