Job Summary :
- Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Conduct and co-lead group therapy sessions for patients
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise nursing care plans as needed
- Identify and address physical, psychosocial, and age-related needs of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes
Qualifications :
- Connecticut RN license required
- BLS certification required within 60 days of hire
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in acute care psychiatric setting preferred
- Evidence of leadership ability and completion of MOAB training
