Job Title : Senior Internal Auditor
Work Location : Early Stage Solutions, LLC. dba DLA, LLC. at 55 Lane Road, Suite 310, Fairfield, NJ 07004 with ability to work remotely withing the surrounding NYC / NJ area.
Job Duties : Assist with the development of project scope of internal audit or consulting assignment. Develop documentation of existing internal controls in a variety of business areas.
Develop solutions to strengthen controls, improve profitability and aid management decision-making capability. Assist in oral and written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the examination, discussing deficiencies and commending corrective actions to improve operations and reduce cost.
Requirements :
Master's (or foreign degree equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Audit Analytics or other closely related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related Auditor positions.
Must have experience in :
- SOX / internal controls
- Operational and technical auditing within the real estate, hedge funds, private equity or other financial services industry
- GAAP principles.
Able to work remotely within the surrounding NYC / NJ area.
Up to 10% travel to client site within the NYC, NY metro area.
