A company is looking for a Structural Biologist I to support the variant assessment process by analyzing genetic variations and protein structures.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret structure-function relationships for variant assessmentExpand in-house structural databases and develop new structural modeling methodsCollaborate with statisticians and machine learning specialists on structural biology projectsRequired QualificationsPhD in computational biology, structural biology, biophysics, bioinformatics, or equivalent experience2+ years of research and development experience in related fieldsStrong knowledge of computational structural biology theories and principlesProficiency in bioinformatics and structural biology software and databasesFamiliarity with a programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, R, Bash)
