The firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role involves handling all phases of litigation in both state and federal court—from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident in their ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating closely with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, business torts, real estate disputes, and shareholder / partnership issues

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents

Take and defend depositions, argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials

Develop case strategy in collaboration with firm leadership and clients

Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients throughout all phases of litigation

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

2+ years of commercial litigation experience preferred

Strong litigation skills including motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required
