Responsibilities :
- Review daily and monthly estimate and final fund NAVs
- Understanding of accounting ledger data in order to review the third-party fund administrator data, shadow books and reconciliations to manage daily NAV generation
- Calculate management and complex incentive fees
- Perform daily pricing and work with the team to determine valuation as needed for mutual fund holdings : listed domestic and foreign equities, listed and OTC derivatives, structured credit, private investments
- Knowledge of SEC filings for regulated mutual funds and Central Bank of Ireland filings for regulated UCITS fund
- Coordinate with auditors for interim testing and audited financial statements
- Review financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC financial reporting requirement
- Assist with various ad-hoc reporting including RoRs, PnL, position exposure and other analyses for senior management
- Assist with technology initiatives including reconciling data being used in automation efforts
Qualifications :
- BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of fund, audit, or administrator experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience in mutual funds and / or hedge funds is required
- Strong Excel skills preferred
- Knowledge of fund accounting and operations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and effectively manage their own time
- A collaborative team player, always willing to assist colleagues
- Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects

Expected annual base salary range :
$105,000 - $140,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
