Position Overview :
This role involves supporting the setup, organization, and handling of election materials, with specific responsibilities for managing electronic poll books and ballot envelopes
Election Ballot Worker Job Details :
- Schedule : Monday-Friday : 3 : 00PM-11 : 00PM
- Pay Rate : $18 per hour and a $125 bonus if all days worked.
- Type : Week long project from November 4
- November 8
Election Ballot Worker Job Description :
Unload electronic poll book cases from vehicles and hampers, remove poll books from cases, and set them up on tables for use.
After the data upload is complete, remove them from the tables and store them appropriately.
Sort opened Declaration Envelopes by Ward and Division, and organize poll books and election materials (e.g., hopper bags, white boxes).
This includes moving materials off trucks to assigned locations and properly organizing items removed from white boxes.
Election Ballot Worke r Job Requirements :
- 1 year of customer service or data entry is required.
- Punctually and perfect attendance is required.
- This role requires attention to detail, the ability to handle physical tasks, and strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth handling of election materials.
