The Business Systems Specialist is an integral role in Syntegon's success in leading the world's packaging machinery market.

In this role, the business systems specialist will support, maintain, and enhance business systems for the New Richmond site by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and coordinating with other Syntegon sites to align with global standards and initiatives. Success in this role requires initiative and a continuous improvement mindset to be able to identify and drive positive changes within the site business systems for more efficient operations.

Technical tasks and responsibilities :

• Maintain, support, and enhance existing business systems (e.g., SAP, D365 PO, Tacton CPQ), and design and implement new solutions to replace or automate manual processes.
• Develop custom code and BI solutions to enable effective reporting and meet evolving business needs.

Additional Information

The expected compensation range for this position is between $120,000 - 130,000 annually.

Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree / credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
