Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations across our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from tenants
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Complete general repairs including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
- Coordinate with third party companies for repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds
- Assist with unit turnovers between tenants
- Be on call for emergency maintenance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
