Responsibilities :
- Work with clinical support teams to meet patient needs and monitor their progress
- Assume responsibility for assigned patients using a primary nursing model
- Participate in care planning to support patient autonomy and choice
- Maintain precise documentation in the electronic medical record
- Mentor and guide staff, including PCA
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in MA
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
