Description

A supervisory position responsible for independently coordinating and directing complex and specialized clinic operational duties and staff.

Accountable for the optimization of the clinic support service workflow. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the support processes and procedures required in support of a clinical department.

Assists in formulating strategies for monitoring and assuring quality and quality improvement. Responsible for hiring and disciplinary processes in conjunction with the department manager.

Performs annual performance evaluations. Actively participates on the Clinic Management Team.

Required Qualifications :

5 years front office experience in a medical clinic setting, with lead or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Graduate of a secretarial program or
  • Associate's Degree
