As a VDC Project Manager, you will be responsible for properly managing the VDC process through effective communication, scheduling, tracking, document control, and forecasting of costs and profitability.
This role combines technical proficiency with strategic planning, team leadership, and quality management, offering variety and continuous learning

What We Ask of You :
- Develop a plan for VDC deliverables for projects assigned; track, forecast, and report labor hours as it pertains to the VDC projects
- Assist in the review of projects with the PM to aid in the development of the project specific VDC execution plan, facilitate kick-off meetings with a pre-planned agenda
- Work with field project team to develop project specific schedules and ensure that projects are staffed accordingly
- Review contract drawings, detail drawings and specifications, create and release fabrication packages to shop team, assist in expediting submittals and RFIs to the VDC team
Experience & Competencies :
- AAS / BA in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering degree highly desirable
- 2+ years of successful experience in HVAC VDC environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to lead and foster positive working environment
- Ability to understand and communicate mechanical concepts
- Advanced organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows and the following Windows applications :
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Microsoft Teams
- Bluebeam Revu
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Must have integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in the most professional, positive manner

The estimated compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
