2-2-3 Shift schedule / hours :

• Work : Monday & Tuesday Off : Wednesday & Thursday Work : Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
• Off : Monday & Tuesday Work : Wednesday & Thursday Off : Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
• 12-hour shift - (Nights 5 : 00pm 5 : 00am)

Compensation :

• Starting wage $19.00
• $2.50 shift differential

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :

• Supporting Production in the operation of the in-line Eremas.
• Working with Scheduling and Production to ensure that internal repro demands are met.
• Organize scrap / repro inventories and assists in scrap / repro shipments to other facilities including loading trucks.
• Follow housekeeping standards including sweeping, wiping down equipment, dumping garbage and trim, as required.
• Complete all quality checks as specified.
• Operate the rewinder, conducting quality check for defects, splicing and slitting as required.
• Back up the stretch wrapping station and assists in Shipping and / or Production as needed.
• Assist in staging resin and packaging supplies for Production if needed.
• Assist with inventory counts of scrap, repro, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
• Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participates in Continuous Improvement activities and teams.

OUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS :

• Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities
• Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes
• Carry out job / area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism
• Look for, report, and correct any near misses / unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible
• Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers
• Maintain production volume and efficiency
• Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when needed

OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work with measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, etc.
• Solid technical / mechanical aptitude
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull and lift throughout a 12- hour period. (Our lift limit is 65lbs)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Focus on safety and quality production
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Must be able to routinely climb stairs and work safely around numerous hot surfaces and rotating equipment.
