SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position Overview
Provide administrative support to the Account Executives for day to day operations per Customer and S&K Sales Co. operating procedures and requirements.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure compliance for all customer processes / requirements
- Accounts Receivable - Process claims with customers for Promos and submit to Corporate for Billback
- File Maintenance
- Submit item changes / additions in customer systems
- Communicate with order clerks and warehouse personnel on disco / inactive items
- Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain go forward lists and S&K Active Items List
- Coordinate S&K Holiday / Inventory closures with Customers
- Other duties as assigned
