Your role in our mission

Take charge and focus on how we can meet critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
  • Demonstrate your knowledge as SME and liaison for clients and internally between technical and non-technical workers to transform requirements into real results
  • Delegate work across teams, and coach and monitor project team members to plan, design and improve complex business processes and modifications
  • Streamline workflows across clients and technical personnel to determine, document and oversee carrying out system requirements
  • Support quality control as you approve and validate test results to verify that all requirements have been met

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience working as a business analyst

  • Expertise in Medicaid product knowledge, covering MMIS modules comprehensively (Functional and Technical)
  • Strong analytical skills for translating technical requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Proficiency in functional testing to ensure software meets specified requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAFE / AGILE methodologies for efficient project management.
  • Solid SQL knowledge for effective data analysis and management.

  • Summary : This role involves acting as a Proxy Product Owner (PPO), responsible for managing tasks and collaborating with various teams to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners and other teams to deliver project requirements and documentation.

Key clients include state DDI teams responsible for implementing projects in different states. Daily tasks include clarifying requirements, planning sprints, reviewing work, collaborating with the team, and creating necessary documents.

Primary goals include ensuring project requirements are met and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidat e should have expertise in Medicaid, analytical thinking, testing, Agile methods, and SQL. Additionally, familiarity with tools like Azure Dev Ops and Visio is valuable.

A background in Medicaid and traits like accountability and teamwork are preferred. Keywords for search include Medicaid, Business Analyst, and Agile.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
