We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our data cleanup project. As a Data Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise to review, cleanse, and analyze data, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Cleansing : Review and cleanse duplicated data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Data Analysis : Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Data Visualization : Create effective visualizations and reports to communicate findings clearly.
- Process Improvement : Research and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes and quality.
- Problem-Solving : Identify, diagnose, and resolve data-related issues.
- Collaboration : Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Relevant post-secondary degree (preferred)
- Proven experience with data cleanup and data migration projects
- Strong proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the banking industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of Python or SAS (nice to have)
- Proficiency in Power BI (nice to have)
