Job Description
We are looking for Diesel Mechanics to join a Family owned and Driven Team. They offer training for individuals with the right attitude.
This role has 2nd and 3rd shift open, and we aim to build up our team during these hours.
- Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn damaged parts.
- Reviews, completes or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Conducts safety checks on vehicles.
- Recognize and complete preventive maintenance schedules.
- Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate repairs.
- Maintains vehicle appearance and verifies vehicle performance.
- Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
- Stay update with job skills and latest trends in participating education and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Experience
- Ability to operate equipment and tools involved in vehicle repair
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- 1 yr experience working on diesel engine or technical training in the a service industry is desired

Hourly Pay Rate : $24 - $34, based off experience and shift differential
