Team Help Desk lead - Cyber (TS/SCI w/ Poly) - Security Clearance Required
Responsibilities
The NiagaraFiles project is searching for a Team Help Desk lead who will have the opportunity to :
- Manage project help desk Jira tickets from customers seeking NiagaraFiles software and dataflow support.
- With your NiagaraFiles application and building dataflows and excellent communication skills you will respond to end users with answers to their questions.
- Work with other team members from the Operations and Development team as needed in responding to more complex software or dataflow issues as needed.
- Process daily DMR related Help tickets moving them to Operation production tickets.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
Active TS / SCI clearance with current polygraph required
Education :
Ten (10) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
