Key Responsibilities :
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate drywall estimates.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.
- Prepare detailed proposals and present estimates to stakeholders.
- Track project costs and update budgets as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry pricing, materials, and trends.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
