We are currently seeking a highly motivated customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development & Customer Service Representative.

Business Development & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized support and acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products / services and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential customers and clients.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and generate reports as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.

Business Development & Customer Service Representative Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
