Construction Assistant Superintendent

Job Description

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on the construction site. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to avoid delays or overruns. Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and challenges. Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards and specifications. Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on project progress and site conditions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Assistant Superintendent should have :
