Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Basehor, Kansas.
This position is open to both Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates and those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
The selected candidate will work in a dynamic school environment, providing essential speech and language services to students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Kansas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
