Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Phoenixis seeking a dynamic and talented Call Center Specialist (FT) to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.

The Call Center Specialist performs administrative functions to include assistance in the processes for managing patient care by monitoring referrals and connecting them to relevant health care providers.

Organizing, facilitating, and coordinating the timely evaluation with therapist and the acceptance of patients referred for services.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Receives incoming calls for BHC
• Document interactions while maintaining confidentialty
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Provide patient information to Mobile Assessors

• Education required : High School diploma / GED. Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Social Services.
