Travel RN – Neuro ICU / SICU – Days
Facility : Albany Medical Center
Location : Main Campus, 43 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208
Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift : Days – 3x12 Hours (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)
Schedule : Rotating weekends; float may be required
Submittal Type : Standard review (Competency test required within 24 hours of submission)
Position Overview
This position is for a critical care RN in the Neuro ICU / Surgical ICU unit at Albany Medical Center. Candidates must have recent and comprehensive experience caring for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients. Epic charting experience is mandatory. Navy blue scrubs are required. Candidates must complete a facility-issued competency test within 24 hours of submission (test will be emailed, so an up-to-date email must be provided). Local candidates from restricted counties are not eligible as of January 11, 2024.
Requirements
Licensure : Active NY RN License – Required at submission
Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience with trauma, surgical, and neuro patients – Required
Travel Experience : Not required
Competency Test : Must be completed within 24 hours of submission
Local Rule : Locals from ineligible counties not accepted
Return Staff Policy : Case-by-case review
