Job Summary

We're seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) Manager with mechanical construction experience for projects in Buda, Texas . This position ensures all installations meet project specifications, safety requirements, and industry standards in commercial HVAC, piping, and sheet metal systems

Responsibilities

Implement and manage QA / QC programs for mechanical systems
Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and reporting
Review shop drawings, specs, and submittals
Work with project managers and foremen to resolve quality issues
Maintain accurate records and punch lists
Support commissioning and closeout processes

Qualifications

3+ years experience in mechanical QA / QC or field inspection

Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and sheet metal systems

Ability to read mechanical drawings and specs

Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local code compliance
