Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor role in Ponca City, OK. Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily production operations to ensure that production goals, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently met.

Lead, motivate, and support a team of production employees by providing training, direction, and feedback.

Monitor workflow and make adjustments to schedules and staffing as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Enforce safety policies and procedures, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Partner with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

Complete daily production reports, track key metrics, and communicate performance updates to leadership.

Support lean manufacturing initiatives and participate in process improvement projects.

Identify and address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

2–3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret production reports, procedures, and schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or leadership training preferred.

Experience in food or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the plant or be willing to relocate within 6 months of employment.

Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
