Our instructors teach seniors exercise techniques that not only help them meet their fitness goals but do so in a safe, supportive, and fun environment!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Planning and leading energizing, safe and educational group exercise classes.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels like they belong.
  • Building effective, genuine relationships and creating community.
