The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, along with experience in preparing for and participating in FINRA arbitrations and securities regulation matters.

Duties :
- Prepare for and participate in FINRA arbitrations and securities regulation matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on financial services litigation issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
- Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support for trial preparation and execution as needed.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on financial services litigation.
- Strong understanding of FINRA regulations and securities laws.
- Excellent academic credentials demonstrating academic excellence.
- Exceptional research and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education :

Certifications :
