AW Health Care is looking for CNAs and Caregivers where their mission and heart is to give back in the communities where they are needed most! AW is recruiting CNAs & Caregivers to help care for aging clients in the West St.
Louis County areas in and near Ballwin, Chesterfield and Ellisville areas. Priority for those who are trained in using Gait belts / Hoyer Lifts and can manage transferring clients safely.
Qualified candidates are to have a valid driver's license, your own personal, reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
- General Availability Needed : Monday - Friday and weekends, 2-6 hour shifts,
- Looking for CNAs and Caregivers who are also willing to fill in for shifts when needed.
- We require 2-3 days a week availability and every other weekend to be considered.)

CNA / Caregiver Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have valid driver's license, your own personal, reliable vehicle with full coverage auto insurance and be able to independently access client’s residence and perform client transportation and errands if requested.
Must have at least six months to one year paid work experience working with the geriatric population or similar care and responsibilities.
Working with clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's is preferred.
Ability to work with pets and smokers in client homes, preferred
Ability to use Gait belt and Hoyer Lift preferred
Must maintain required yearly training / education as mandated by agency
Physical Requirements :
Ability to participate in physical activity.
Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
Moderate lifting.
Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
