Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist , you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients recover and improve mobility.
  • Conducting examinations and evaluations for clients affected by injury or disease.
  • Utilizing tools and techniques to administer effective physical therapy interventions.
  • Documenting client information for evaluation and establishing therapeutic plans.
  • Educating clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises.
  • Incorporating current research into daily treatment practices.
  • Demonstrating flexibility with variable work schedules and assignments.
  • Participating in activities that promote the department and organization.
  • Supervising assistants, aides, and students in providing care and treatment.
  • Providing ongoing education and training to peers in your area of expertise.

    • You may focus on clients receiving intervention in post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments based on facility needs.

    Qualifications

  • Appropriate education level in accordance with state licensure.
  • Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
  • Valid driver's license may be required when applicable.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 60 days of employment.
