Vision Realty and Management is currently hiring for a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician position who specializes in plumbing and electricity in Carrollton, GA .

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
In this full-time 1099 position , you can expect a consistent schedule, often working Monday through Friday. However, due to the nature of the role, there may be instances where you may need to work evenings and weekends or be on-call.
In your role as a Residential Maintenance Technician specializing in plumbing and electrical systems, your days are marked by precision and proactive problem-solving.
Your expertise shines as you diagnose and address plumbing and electrical issues in residential properties. You're the go-to professional for these specialized concerns, ensuring the safety and functionality of the homes we manage.

OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We're looking for a detail-oriented tech that can meet the following qualifications :
- Experience with multi-family construction
- Driver's license
- Ability to lift and use basic hand tools
- Strong problem- solving / troubleshooting skills in identifying electrical / plumbing issues
