Asa Customer Support Specialist your main responsibility will be tohandle calls from existing customers and solve any issues theymight have.

You will use your excellent communication andnegotiation skills to provide personalized solutions to thecustomers.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Providefriendly and ef cient service to thecustomers
  • Help the clients with doubtsquestions issues and lastminuterequests
  • Receive calls from customers contactvia mail and chat is also possible
  • Investigateidentify and escalate issues appropriately by prioritizing urgentand sensitivematters

Requirements :

  • Fluentlevel of German language (C1)
  • Communicativelevel of English language (B2)
  • Be anywhere inGreece
  • Excellent communication and negotiationskills
  • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Positive attitude and a teamplayer

Whatyou willgain :

  • Salary : 1200Euros Gross x 14 months
  • Performance Bonus of upto 10% of the base salary
  • Monthly languagebonus : 50 gross per month
