- Providefriendly and ef cient service to thecustomers
- Help the clients with doubtsquestions issues and lastminuterequests
- Receive calls from customers contactvia mail and chat is also possible
- Investigateidentify and escalate issues appropriately by prioritizing urgentand sensitivematters
Requirements :
- Fluentlevel of German language (C1)
- Communicativelevel of English language (B2)
- Be anywhere inGreece
- Excellent communication and negotiationskills
- Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment
- Positive attitude and a teamplayer
Whatyou willgain :
- Salary : 1200Euros Gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus of upto 10% of the base salary
