Located 30miles north of Milwaukee, a beautiful waterfront metro. We are an academically affiliated practice offering a sound foundation, mentorship, quality of life, and practice built on the quality of care.
Job Details : * Four-day work week* 100% outpatient* Full patient panel day one
- One Saturday every two months (half day)* Call (phone call only)
- 1 : 8 or better* Primary - after-hours access center
- Optional Academic component* Work with students. (Residents / Med / APP’s)
