The Position

We are looking for a teammate who :

Can be responsible for safe driving habits whilst transporting IRC materials or equipment and ensuring warehouse / yard organization adheres to company standards.

This teammate will do the following :

• Maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with all departments to fulfill duties and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in logistics support to ensure field personnel have necessary materials and tools to service customers.
• Driving CDL Class B trucks safely and proficiently.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. (Preferred)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• CDL B Licensure (Hazmat Endorsement Preferred)
• Capable of Lifting Heavy objects repeatedly.
• Organization and storage oriented.
• 3 Years' CDL Driving Experience (Required)
