Boersma Insurance Services is looking for a talented individual who has the willingness to learn agency protocols and software, and the ability to maintain client relationships.
We are not necessarily looking for experience in the insurance industry however, it is a plus, and will be compensated as such.
While not a requirement, another bonus is if the individual is bilingual in Spanish, compensation will reflect as well.
A typical day in this position would require taking and making phone calls, responding to client inquiries via email or text, quoting new accounts, endorsing current policies, and binding new policies.
Of course there are some other small miscellaneous tasks here and there.
Additionally, the individual will be responsible for taking private and sensitive information, so security and accountability are taken seriously.
Our clients know us for being responsive and reliable, we’d like to keep this as a standard.
A little bit about our agency : we are currently a three person team. Two agents and one account manager. We do office activities every now and then (during & outside of office hours), we’d highly appreciate it if the new individual would be willing to participate in these outings, as well.

Position is 8-5 Monday through Friday. You will have your own office. The positions is available immediately to 60 days.
