The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software En gineer with a strong emphasis on back-end development to join our team.

Being a member of a small team means you'll have many responsibilities and own multiple projects. Ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative and collaborative environment.

Plus, since you would be joining us early in our journey, you will be intimately involved in every aspect of the product with a significant say when it comes to technical decisions.

You'll own projects from concept to completion and be working alongside talented software engineers in executing your projects.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain back-end components of web applications using relevant technologies, e.g., Node.

js, Python, Java, etc. Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient APIs. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Work closely with designers, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong focus on back-end development. Proficiency in back-end technologies, e.

g., Node.js, Python, Java, etc. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.

g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. Knowledge of version control systems (e.

g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with cloud platforms (e.

g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Bonus : Experience with Apollo framework Bonus : Experience in fintech is highly valuable. Your creativity and ability to think out of the box.
