Execute with Excellence : Manage large-scale campaigns, including e-commerce and national B2B initiatives, ensuring that strategies are implemented effectively to deliver results. Experienced Strategist : 5+ years of proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong track record of driving results for clients. Advanced Expertise : Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, funnel building, programmatic advertising, and advanced analytics tools. Technical Skills : Proficient in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and creating high-performing digital strategies. Client-Focused : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate strategically with clients. Advanced Technical Focus : You’ll dive deep into cutting-edge digital advertising tools and platforms, like Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, and programmatic channels. This is the perfect role for someone who loves solving complex challenges and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. Direct Collaboration with Leadership : You’ll work side-by-side with our Founder, Mike Dragosavich, and Digital Lead, Kellen, on a daily basis. Your insights and expertise will directly shape our strategies and client outcomes. Make a Real Impact : This isn’t just another job. You’ll be trusted to take the lead on high-profile campaigns, solve tough challenges, and deliver results that help our clients grow. Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) Meta Advertising (Facebook and Instagram Ads, including advanced audience targeting and campaign optimization) The Trade Desk (Programmatic advertising and demand-side platform expertise) Google Tag Manager (Tag implementation, tracking, and event configuration) Programmatic Advertising Platforms (Knowledge of DSPs, audience segmentation, and campaign execution) Google Analytics (GA4 expertise, ROI tracking, and funnel analysis) Conversion Tracking Tools (Pixel implementation and tracking for platforms like Google, Meta, and others) Customer Journey Mapping (Strategic funnel building and audience engagement planning) SEO and SEM Strategies (Integrated search and advertising campaigns for enhanced visibility and performance) Competitive pay, based on experience.
