Established Law Firm in Plantation is seeking an experienced Collector. We are not a "collection agency" and do not want someone with that mentality.
We want someone who knows the FDCPA and who will follow it and provide excellent customer service. Excellent work environment with competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience).
We are interested in someone being a positive addition to our firm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls on accounts
- Following-up on paying accounts
- Establishing repayment agreements with customers
- Discussing accounts with customers and accurately documenting accounts
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of FDCPA required
- Collection experience
- Ability to work with customers to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a professional atmosphere with courtesy and respect for co-workers
- Ability to work efficiently on computer systems
Bilingual a plus
