Excellent National Law firm is seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate LitigationAttorney to join our dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate willhave a minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate litigationwith a strong background in commercial litigation.

This rolerequires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation andcourtroom skills who can handle complex legal matters withconfidence and expertise.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Represent clients in real estate litigationmatters including but not limited to disputes involving propertyownership lease agreements land use zoning construction defects andtitle issues.
  • Manage all phases of litigationfrom inception through trial including discovery motions andappeals.
  • Conduct thorough legal research andanalysis to develop effective casestrategies.
  • Draft and review legal documentsincluding pleadings motions briefs and settlementagreements.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel toclients regarding their rights obligations and risks in real estatetransactions and disputes.
  • Negotiatesettlements and advocate for clients in mediation and arbitrationproceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneysparalegals and support staff to ensure comprehensive casemanagement.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge ofrelevant laws regulations and industrytrends.
  • Participate in business developmentactivities including client meetings networking events andmarketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool.
  • Active membership in good standing withthe state bar.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experiencein real estate litigation with a strong preference for candidateswith commercial litigation experience.
  • Proventrack record of successfully handling complex litigationmatters.
  • Exceptional analytical research andwriting skills.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacyskills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases anddeadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highlevel of professionalism and ethicalstandards.
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with alternative dispute resolution(ADR) methods.
  • Familiarity with local state andfederal real estate laws andregulations.
  • Strong client relationshipmanagement skills.
  • Business developmentacumen.
